Organized by the Global Change Programme, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, senior and junior researchers involved in the Indian-European Multi-level Climate Governance Research Network will discuss how multi-level governance can be conceptualized within transition processes towards low carbon growth. The first thematic research workshop of the research network takes places from November 20-22 in Kalkutta.
